O Conqueror was formed in early 2012 by songwriter Dustin Doering in Austin, Texas. It has since become a collective endeavor consisting of Justin Green on lead guitar, Mike Fisher on bass, Pedro Corsetti on drums, and Alex Hartley on keys.
O Conqueror’s debut album, King Me, was released in November of 2012 and garnered praise by critics, bloggers, radio and artists alike. The band was subsequently nominated in the Austin Music Poll for Best New Artist and Best Indie Band, followed by an invitation to be an official SXSW artist in 2013.
O Conqueror has a new single out this week titled “Lost Your Mind”, and will be celebrating its release on Saturday night with a show at Empire Control Room & Garage presented by 101X Homegrown Live. The event is also an album release party for Quiet Company’s latest effort, ?Transgressor?. The bill also features follow locals East Cameron Folkcore, The Digital Wild, Megafauna, and Wild Adriatic!
Do512 is pleased to premiere O Conqueror’s new music video for “Lost Your Mind”, filmed in one shot in downtown Austin. The song was produced by Chris “Frenchie” Smith, the Grammy-nominated producer who has previously worked with Trail of Dead, Meat Puppets, the Toadies, Built to Spill and many more.

We were totally blown away. O Conqueror could definitely be the next great act out of Austin Texas!
In a town that has lost many great legends recently, you should keep your eyes on Dustin Doering (Guitar/Vox), Jonathan Baugh(Percussion/Keys/Vox), Justin Green (Lead Guitar/Multi Instrumentalist/Vox), and Tito Sopena (Bass Guitar).
