Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross Announce Inaugural Future Ruins Festival
Composers set to perform include Questlove, John Carpenter, and Mark Mothersbaugh
Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross have announced Future Ruins, a unique spin on the regular ol’ music festival: a day-long event where the world’s most successful film and television composers will have the opportunity to perform their music in front of audiences, removed from the big screen or the little screen at home.
The event is set for the Los Angeles Equestrian Center, and artists will reportedly be performing in a variety of different formats, from solo sets to full bands to big orchestral concoctions, as inspired by the success of recent festival appearances and tours by Danny Elfman and Hans Zimmer.
